In Valencia for the first weekend of the new season

The big moment has arrived for Thomas Krasonis. The 2025 OPEN Class Champion in the NASCAR Euro Series is all set for the premiere of the 2026 racing season, as he is already in Valencia for the season’s first two-day race weekend.

The V8 engines will roar once again, and spectators in the stands at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo will enjoy an exciting Championship opener, full of thrills and surprises!

The 4,005-meter track consists of 14 turns and one of the longest straights, measuring 876 meters, which will set the stage for the action in this first round of the Championship.

After winning the OPEN title last season, Thomas Krasonis will compete this season in the V8GP class—formerly known as PRO—driving the No. 13 Chevrolet Camaro for the Championship’s top team, Belgium’s PK Carsport.

Costamare Shipping Company is supporting Thomas Krasonis’s efforts in the NASCAR Euro Series.
