Krasonis: “Ready to give it our all”
The return to action after almost three months of interruption creates new data in the NASCAR Euro Series Championship, as during this time many things have certainly changed.
Thomas Krasonis, however, declares himself ready to enter the final stretch of the Championship dynamically, chasing the maximum points in the Czech Republic. After the first three double races of the season, the 2025 Champion in the OPEN category is fifth in the V8GP standings with 167 points, 53 less than those of the leader of the standings Vittorio Ghirelli. Therefore, the greater the points harvest in Most, the closer Krasonis will be to the top in view of the Vallelunga semi-finals.
“It may have been a long time since the previous race, in early June at Brands Hatch, however we did not stop preparing intensively for the Czech race. During July we had the opportunity to rest for a few days and recharge our batteries, but the last few weeks have been quite intense in terms of training to be fully prepared for the great challenge of Most. emphasized Thomas Krasonis.
And he added: “At Brands Hatch we had the best racing weekend of the season in terms of points. And we want to continue like this. With two good races at Most we will significantly increase our chances of claiming the V8GP title, which is also our big goal for this year. Let’s not forget, moreover, that in the semi-finals and finals double points are awarded in each race, so it is very important to complete the regular season in the most ideal way. We have prepared very well, we have been training on the track and I believe that with the right approach and fighting spirit we will manage to leave the Czech Republic with the best possible result.”
He concluded by saying: “As has been evident throughout the season so far, PK Carsport has the ability to offer me a very good car. I will do what is necessary to achieve the result.
