Thomas Krasonis back in action!

After the summer break, the time to return to action has arrived for NASCAR Euro Whelen! The track of Most in the Czech Republic welcomes the participants of the event and of course Thomas Krasonis, is all set to meet the big challenge of claiming the titles in both classes!

The first Greek professional racing driver is already in Most, where the fifth race weekend of this season’s EuroNASCAR will take place.

The fifth race of the season is a key point for the championship battles in EuroNASCAR PRO and EuroNASCAR 2, as at the end of the weekend all drivers will “throw away” their worst score from the first nine races of the season, before entering the double-point play-offs in Ossersleben and Zolder.

The Most circuit was inaugurated in 1983 and has been hosting EuroNASCAR races since 2019. It is 4,212 metres long and consists of 20 corners.

The weekend’s racing programme starts with qualifying, which will be held on Saturday. The first races in both the PRO category and category 2) will be held on Saturday.

On Sunday, the EuroNASCAR 2 drivers will start their second race at 11.55 a.m., to conclude the weekend’s programme with the PRO category race at 3.15 p.m..

We recall that Thomas Krasonis is participating this year in both EuroNASCAR categories, EuroNASCAR 2 and EuroNASCAR PRO, with the team with which in 2023 he made the big step in his racing career, Marko Stipp Motorsport.

Thomas is driving the number “46” Chevrolet Camaro at all Championship tracks this year, following a full schedule to maximise his track time and challenge for both titles.
